Week 1:

- Understand the basics of physical fitness
- Define physical fitness
- Know the differences between the 5 types health related fitness (cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition)
- Understand the principles of exercise
- Identify the F.I.T.T. Tracker
